Experience
Andrew is a co-founder of APEX Business Consulting, LLC. Prior to co-founding APEX, Andrew worked under the tutelage of highly respected advisors of attorneys, CPA’s and PHD’s. He has handled over $500,000,000 in complex mergers and acquisitions in numerous industries across many states. He also practices in the areas of corporate structuring, complex tax planning, succession planning and retirement/estate planning. As an attorney with a business and accounting background, Andrew can handle all facets of accounting, legal and tax.
Education
Andrew studied the Master of Science Accountancy at the University of Illinois Urbana - Champaign, earning a 3.5 GPA. Prior to his time at the University of Illinois Urbana – Champaign, he attended Southern Illinois University School of Law where he was part of Phi Delta Phi (Legal Honors Society) and Maryville University where he earned a Bachelor of Business, Cum Laude. Andrew is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois.

Matthew Dolan |
Experience
Matthew is a co-founder and Junior Partner of APEX Business Consulting, LLC. He has assisted in over $300,000,000 in complex mergers and acquisitions and has experience in corporate structuring, complex tax planning, succession planning and retirement/estate planning. He has coordinated and overseen successful startups, drafted comprehensive corporate structuring plans and analyzed optimal tax positions for his clients. Exhibited through his accessibility and passion for excellence, Matthew is committed to his client's legal and tax needs.
Education
Matthew is a graduate of Southern Illinois University Carbondale School of Law, completing his Juris Doctorate with a GPA of 3.7. He was an editor and published author on the SIU Law Journal and recipient of an academic excellence scholarship where he assisted in disseminating information and securing funds on SBA small business relief loans for many local small businesses. Before Law School, he graduated from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville with a Bachelors in Health and Human Behaviors. Matthew is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois.

EXPERIENCE
Clayton is a financial consultant for APEX Business Consulting, LLC. Prior to working with APEX, Clayton began his career with Deloitte in public accounting, and has since spent the majority of his career in private industry for Emerson Electric and most recently Benson Hill. He is proficient in all aspects of accounting and financial planning/analysis as he has held varying roles across corporate finance teams including month-end close accounting, financial statement preparation and modeling, valuation, acquisition due diligence and integration, treasury and long range forecasting. As a financial professional, Clayton is driven and detail oriented and will work to ensure his clients receive the best advice available.
EDUCATION
Clayton is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Missouri. He earned a Master of Business Administration from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. He attended the Gies College of Business for his undergraduate degrees at the University of Illinois Urbana – Champaign. He graduated with dual degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Finance with Honors and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with Honors.
